Product performs well but would like to have focus capability. Doesn't need to be autofocus, a manual control would be fine.
Had some difficulty installing the software on Windows Vista x64, but with the help of Logitech got it going (turns out it takes a LONG time to load the software - don't interrupt the installation). Love the motorized pan and tilt.
But I went with the cheaper option and am left with a very disappointing product. It is significantly worse than my Logitech pro 3000 that I bought years ago. I bought this camera for the mechanical pan/tilt feature, and I was quite happy with how that works. However, I was very disappointed with the image quality. I'm guessing that if I would have paid the extra bucks to get the newer orbit AF (2 megapixel vs 1.3 megapixel of the MP) the image quality would have been what I've come to expect from Logitech.
Mine worked fine for sometime but the leverage USB stick died after a year so I am using it without the stick. It's pretty decent product but I am not impressed. Bummer :-(
If you install the full software then it will take over your system and hog 70% of the memory available. Logitech needs to come out with some decent software or they are going to be out of business very soon. Overall the video and audio quality is good if you just install the driver only. It also adds many start up items that should not be running all the time.
